JB BROADLEY MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Derek Boyden has been operating as Managing Director of the Broadley’s business since April 2007. Given the range of development projects which are underway and that are crucial to future volumes, Derek has now expressed a desire to return to the role of Technical Development Director
Derek has done an excellent job in steering the business through a difficult period, and we look forward to his continuing support in driving new developments and in the operation of the broader business.
To ensure our ongoing success, the management team will be strengthened with the appointment of Mark Haigh as General Manager effective April 3rd 2008. Mark has had a long career in the coating industry, latterly as Operations Director of British Millerain. Mark will report to me.
The senior management team will report to Mark, with responsibilities as follows:
Derek Boyden: Technical & Development Director
Iain Hunt: Production Manager
Ken Mitchell: Resources Manager
Maxine Hayman: Branch Accountant
Shaun Robertshaw: Sales Director
